Topic of speech:
Collaborate or Fall Behind: How Open Source Is Reshaping Logistics
In an industry defined by complexity and fragmentation, no company will be able to remain digitally sovereign, resilient, and efficient on its own in the future. Drawing on the work of the Open Logistics Foundation, this keynote explores how open source collaboration is becoming a decisive competitive advantage in logistics. It shows how shared standards, open platforms, and diverse communities are not only accelerating digital innovation, but also reshaping working culture – from isolated silos to ecosystems built on trust, transparency, and co-creation. The message is clear: the future of logistics belongs to those who collaborate openly – or risk being left behind.
