Topic of speech:
How to manage open source in a big company; efficient OSPO is a must. Nokia journey with open source engagement and building the OSPO.
Nokia journey with open source engagement, both usage and contribution, started early 2000. From the beginning it was clear that adequate common processes and central support organization i.e. an OSPO was necessary for successful engagement. OSPOs come in various flavors and in a true open source spirit the community works together to develop best practices to help members establish an OSPO that best serves their needs.
