IoT

IoT

The Internet of Things can provide solutions to all sorts of problems by allowing everyday items to interact using sensors and software to alert the owner when it has registered useful information.

The IoT Event will consist of inspiring presentations during which Mindtrek participants can embrace the wonders IoT, and what it will bring to the future of our daily lives and organizations. With IoT the possibilities are endless when everything is linked through wireless internet providing communication capabilities.

At the IoT Event we can learn about how our cities will come to life and allow communication using sensors throughout cityscapes to improve transportation and pedestrian safety, infrastructure, and more. The future innovations of IoT are not limited to the cities we already have, but how they can be integrated and utilized based on the data collected by the different IT systems.

For Whom

This event is for people who want to see the world brought to life by linking everything together with wireless internet. The Internet of Things Event will gather the Finnish IoT scene, international experts in the field of IoT, digital innovation developers and businesses together to network, discuss and innovate at Mindtrek 2017.
