Gleb Kaplun is a Chief Executive Officer at Etera Group and a founder of several Russian web development and marketing companies.

With a great professional background in web development business Mr. Kaplun is now focused on "Web2People" project - a venture company working in East European and Baltic Sea region (currently Russia). With an aim to help young entrepreneurs evolve their brilliant ideas into successful startups Web2People is focused on new-media projects funding. Web2People has already launched its first startup center in St.Petersburg - the only one European city of Russian Federation. Russia today is a rapidly emerging market with its own rules and practices.
