• Funding situation: a maximum of 3 institutional round of financing raised
• Maximum 49% of external liabilities invested in the company
• Breakthrough innovation in technology or services
• International ambition and potential (to change your industry and market)
• Startup spirit!

These criteria are advisory. Encouraging new innovative business ideas & products is more important than finding companies strictly fulfilling the criteria!

MindTrek’s preliminary jury has the right to choose companies that don't fill these criteria if it is otherwise justified. The jury has also the right to reject the participation of an entry if it does not fulfil the eligibility criteria. All jury decisions are final.
