Registration fees

Here you can find all the registration fees.
All the fees will be invoiced after you have registered.

MindTrek Conference (Oct 8th and 9th)

One day 150 euros (Oct 8th or 9th)
Two days 250 euros (Oct 8th and 9th)

VAT (22%) will be added.

The conference fee includes:

  • participation in all the programme sessions
  • conference materials
  • lunches and coffees daily during the conference
  • information desk services
  • WLAN access free of charge
  • access to the MindTrek party on Oct 8th

Academic Tracks on Tuesday Oct 7th

100 euros

VAT (22%) will be added.

The fee includes:
  • participation in the academic tracks on Tuesday (one day)
  • materials
  • lunch and coffees
  • information desk services
  • WLAN access free of charge
  • Openmind Club on Tuesday evening
  • All the attendees will get a 10% discount from the MindTrek conference fees (Oct 8th and 9th)


Workshops (Oct 7th)

  • OPAALS 2008: Digital Ecosystems: 70 euros
  • Openmind 2008: 150 euros
  • Future Electronics is Already Here: 150 euros
  • The Future of Media: Insights from Meta-Alert Project: Free

Cancellation policy

- Through Sep 8th, 2008: 100 % will be refunded
- After Sep 8th, 2008: no refund will be given
- There is no refund of registration in cases of no-shows.
