On the registration form you can choose to pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express) or request an invoice. Please note that your payments must be made in full before the beginning of the event. On-site registration paid by credit card only.

VAT (23%) is included in all the prices.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Registration is binding. Please note that your payment should be made in full before the beginning of the event. Cancellations must be made in written by e-mail  to Confedent International Ltd. MindTrek2011@confedent.fi

Through August 31st, 2011: 100% will be refunded.
After August 31st, 2011: no refund will be given.

There is no refund of registration in cases of no-shows. All refunds will made at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the Mindtrek Secretariat cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.
