Will Cardwell (47) is currently Head of the Aalto University Center of Entrepreneurship.  Prior to that he has held positions at Technopolis Ventures (CEO), Conor Venture Partners (Venture Partner), Valimo Wireless (CEO), Eqvitec Partners (Partner), Eqvitec Advisors (CEO), LTT Research, (Director, Finance Institute), AIG (Analyst).

He is or has been on the on the board of more than 15 companies, and has been living in Finland with his family for over 15 years. 

He holds a Bachelor of Sciences from Davidson College and an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics.  He completed 3 years of doctoral studies in finance at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and Phd. is pending.

He has been married to his wife Jaana since 1987, and has 3 children: Aleks (21), Amanda (19) and Amelia (12).  In his spare time he is involved in the sports and entertainment industries.
