Registration fees

On the registration form you can choose to pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express) or request an invoice. Please note that your payments must be made in full before the beginning of the event.

MindTrek Conference, Oct 7th and 8th

VAT (23%) is included in the fee.

The conference fee includes:
    * participation in all the programme sessions
    * conference materials
    * daily lunches and coffees during the conference
    * information desk services
    * free of charge WLAN access
    * access to the MindTrek party on Oct 7th

Partner Day and Academic Sessions, Oct 6th

VAT (23%) is included in the fee.

The fee includes:
* Participation in the session you choose (only one)
* Materials
* Lunch and coffee
* Information desk services
* WLAN access free-of-charge

Cloud Cocktail Party 47,00 €
(free for Cloud Computing session participants)

MindTrek Conference (Oct 7th and 8th) fees for Partner Day participants

VAT (23%) is included in the fee.

Cancellation policy

- Until Aug 31st, 2010: 100 % will be refunded
- After Aug 31st, 2010: no refund will be given
- There is no refund of registration in cases of no-shows.
