Announcement of the results and presentation of the awards

1. Awards will be granted by a panel chosen by organizers of the content.
2. Two People’s Choice awards will be granted based on users’ votes in the Submission Directory.
3. The winners will be announced on 7.10.2010 at the MindTrek Awards Ceremony. Later there will be the Awards Party to honor the winners of the competitions.
4. Award nominees will be notified in advance. The presence of the nominees at the MindTrek event in October is strongly recommended but not required.
5. MindTrek conference team will heavily promote and market the competition winner across the network and judging partners to users

Compensation of the award nominees' travel and other expenses

Unfortunately the organizers of the competition can not compensate the entrants' travel costs and participation fees to the MindTrek conference. However, the organizers will pay for one conference ticket (includes entrance to the MindTrek Awards Party) and one entrance ticket to the MindTrek Awards Party per team for all award nominees. The organizers will not pay compensation for any other possible costs incurred by the entrants due to their participation in the competition.
