Presentation Guidelines for Authors
Presentations
Each presentation, for both long and short papers, has been allocated a 30 min slot and should be considered as follows:
20 mins for the presentation , plus 10 mins Q&A.
Posters
The maximum size of poster is A0 (approx. 84 x 119cm). The following poster sizes will be accepted: A0/A1/A2 or A3. Smaller handout versions of the posters may also be prepared (e.g. in A4 size).
The poster should be put up at least 30 minutes in advance of being presented. More instructions concerning logistics will be available on the day.
Online Paper Submissions
In Cooperation with ACM SIGMM and ACM SIGCHI – publications will be published within the ACM digital library and a selected set of high-level contributions as book chapters or within journals.
All paper submissions have to be prepared in the ACM proceedings style in order to be integrated into the ACM digital library.

We preferably accept submissions in PDF format. Please use the following pdf job options when you are generating the final file:
- distiller settings (see the Distiller Online Guide in case of questions)
- compatability level 4.0 (PDF 1.3)
- page size 612 792 pts
- resolution 600 dpi
- compress text on
- DO NOT downsample images
- embed all fonts
Each paper has to contain the following text as a copyright strip on the bottom left of the first page of the paper. The text is already included in the document template in word that we provided. Please make sure it does not get removed:

Paper Proposals
All submissions will be peer-reviewed double blinded, therefore please remove any information that could give an indication of the authorship. Selected high-quality papers will be published in international journals; as book chapters, edited books, or via open-access journals. There will also be a reward for the overall best paper from the academic conference.
Copyright Form
The copyright form must be completed, signed and faxed to us on the following fax number: +358 46 712 3101. The deadline for sending the copyright form is 10th August 2009
